Privacy and beta terms
Last updated 28 October 2026. This is a plain-language summary for the beta, not a negotiated contract.
Privacy
What we collect. When you request a key we store the name, email address and description of your use that you type into the form. To limit abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of the request, from which your IP address cannot be read back.
What we use it for. To issue your API key, contact you about it, and decide on quotas. We do not sell or share these details and we do not send marketing email to this address without asking you.
API usage. For each key we count requests and note the time of the last request, to enforce quotas. We do not store the contents of the funds you look up against your name.
Where it is kept. On our own server in Mumbai, India.
Your choices. Reply to the email we send you to ask us to correct or delete your details and revoke your key.

Beta terms
- The API is provided as is during the beta, with no uptime guarantee and no guarantee that data is complete, correct or timely.
- Data comes from public sources (AMFI NAV files and AMC portfolio disclosures). It is for information and is not investment advice. Check with the fund house before relying on it for a financial decision.
- Keep your key private. You are responsible for requests made with it. We may revoke a key that is shared publicly, abused, or used to overload the service.
- Quotas and limits can change during the beta. We will tell key holders by email before paid plans start.
- Do not resell raw API responses as a competing data service without asking us first.
